135A 3-in-1 Welding Machine with Helmet, Gloves & Wire

This solar-powered auto-darkening welding helmet features the TRUE COLOR design, reducing the lime green tint and protecting your eyes from injury during welding. You can freely adjust the SHADE, SENSITIVITY, and DELAY CONTROL to suit different welding modes. It includes a replaceable lithium BATTERY and solar panel technology for charging while welding.

The adjustable headband can be installed in just a few minutes. Follow these steps: 1. Insert the PLASTIC SCREW (Part 17) through the HEADBAND (Part 9) hole and attach the ANGLE SET NUT (Part 16), with the raised edge facing backward. 2. Place the ANGLE SET PLATE 2 (Part 15) on the ANGLE SET NUT, with the raised part facing upward. 3. Position the ANGLE SET PLATE 1 (Part 14) on the ANGLE SET PLATE 2, which can be adjusted. 4. Attach the HEADBAND (Part 9) to the HELMET SHELL (Part 8), ensuring the square part fits into the slot. 5. Secure the assembly with the CHECK NUT (Part 13) and tighten the PLASTIC NUT (Part 12), but not too tightly.

For MIG welding, install the MIG control switch into the sockets. Connect the MIG gun cable to the (-) terminal of the welder and the work clamp to the (+) terminal. Do not overtighten.

Set the work indicator to the MIG mode and select the corresponding wire size.

For TIG welding, connect the TIG torch to the negative (-) terminal of the welding machine. (Note: TIG Torch and TIG Torch Adapter are not included.) Connect the work clamp to the positive (+) terminal. Finally, connect the gas hose to the gas regulator on the gas cylinder. This is typically used for welding materials like steel and stainless steel. Set the work indicator to the TIG mode.

For MMA (Stick) welding, use the DC (+) connection: Connect the electrode cable to the (+) terminal, without overtightening the keyway. Connect the work clamp to the (-) terminal. Plug in the connector with the key cable. Set the work indicator to the MMA mode.

For DC (-) welding, switch the connections so that the electrode cable is connected to (-) and the work clamp is connected to (+). Both wiring methods can be used.

This powerful 3-in-1 welding machine includes Flux MIG (FCAW), Lift TIG (GTAW), and Stick/MMA (SMAW), meeting your requirements for various welding situations, such as home DIY, outdoor maintenance, and repairs. (Note: the lift tig torch is not included.)

The synergic control feature automatically matches the most suitable voltage, current, and wire feeding speed based on your sheet thickness, making it user-friendly for both professionals and beginners.
