Weldpro's new 200 amp multi-process welder now boasts a user-friendly design that includes an auto-set menu, offering a wide range of welding capabilities. The welder features AC/DC TIG welding with high frequency start and full TIG pulse control, controlled by either a foot pedal or trigger switch, as well as MIG, FCAW, and DC stick functions.

The Weldpro SB8 spool gun can be purchased separately for plug and play Aluminum MIG welding, providing a convenient solution. The welder is equipped with dual gas inputs for dedicated Argon and Ar/CO2 mix tanks, allowing for easy switching between gas sources.

Enabling seamless transitions between welding processes, the MIG gun and TIG torch can be connected simultaneously. Process, polarity, and parameter changes are made through the multifunction data display digital menu, ensuring a user-friendly experience.

The 200 amp maximum welding current across all processes allows for welding of a wide range of materials and thicknesses, including Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, Titanium, Copper, cast iron, and more. User-adjustable MIG inductance provides increased puddle control, while VRD, hot start, and arc force adjustments enhance the stick welding performance.

The welder is equipped with high-temperature and overload protection, featuring indicator lights and dual voltage 120/240V operation, ensuring reliable performance.

The included accessories comprise a 10' NT1 MIG gun, a 12.5' CK17F flex head, a superflex TIG torch, a 5 AWG 10' 200A stick electrode holder, a 5 AWG 10' 300A ground clamp, a CGA580 Ar/CO2 flowmeter with a 5' hose, a 120V power adapter, a .030/.035 MIG knurled drive roller, .024-.035 MIG v-groove drive rollers, an AK-3 TIG accessory kit, a TIG torch protection cover, a TIG trigger switch, and an SSC Controls TIG foot pedal.
